If you have not yet had a look at my About Me page, then go on have a read.
I am now 54 years old, only a few months away from 55, and been employed since I left school in 1978.
As long as I can remember I have always wanted to work for myself and I have always believed I would, and that I would be successful.
On three occasions I have been self-employed but it has never worked out. Mainly
because I was not involved in the right niche for me, I was a square peg in a round hole.
I have sold Kirby Vacuum cleaners, Insurance and Foreign property. I had some success but not enough to make a living.
The main reasons for my failures were that I was never really excited or enthused by the industry or products I sold, also I still felt employed because I was still selling for somebody else.
I am still employed but I am working on my escape plan and have been doing so since October 15.
I believe I have found the vehicles and the correct shape holes for me, and I will soon reduce my hours at work and head out under my own steam, course plotted.
Wish me good luck!
